How cancellations and refunds of Kitegra plans work.
1. Cancelling
Cancel at any time from “Manage subscription” in the account menu. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
2. Refunds
Within 14 days of a payment you can ask for a refund, no questions asked. Write to us and the refund goes back to the original payment method through Stripe, our payment processor.
3. Try before you buy
The core tools are free, and most paid tools start with a free 14-day trial, so you can try them before you choose a paid plan.
