How Kitegra handles data on this website, in the extension and in your account.

1. Who we are

This website and the Kitegra extension are operated by POSTY5 LLC (“Kitegra”, “we”). Contact: [email protected].

2. What the extension reads

The SAP Cloud Integration iFlow open in your browser, its messages and its logs, using your own SAP session. Message content is shown in the page and is never stored or sent to us.

3. What we keep when you sign in

When you sign in with Google or Posty5, we receive your name, e-mail and profile picture from that service to create your Kitegra account; when you sign in with a code sent to your e-mail, we receive only your e-mail address. For each iFlow you open with a counted module, we keep its name and id, its package, the designer link, the modules used, the dates and a one-way hash of your SAP account, to count your plan. While the extension's switch “Show my packages and iFlows in the Kitegra dashboard” is on, we also keep the names and ids of the packages and iFlows it lists, so your dashboard can show them; the notes you sync are kept too. We never receive your SAP login, message content, mappings, sample payloads, API specifications or secrets; we receive a script only when you save it to the Script Library yourself.

4. Payments

Payments for paid plans are processed by Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe handles your card and other payment details; we never see them. We receive only the status of your subscription and a Stripe customer reference that links it to your account.

5. This website

The website stores a language cookie and your light or dark preference. It sets no advertising cookies. Sign-in cookies are set by api.kitegra.com and are needed only for the account menu.

6. Your choices and rights

Use “Delete my data” in the account menu to delete your account and the data kept with it, or write to us. You can also ask for a copy of your data.

7. Who can see your SAP work

Your dashboard shows you your SAP accounts, packages, iFlows and notes. If you are on a team plan, the team's owner can see them too, read only; the extension and the dashboard tell you so. Kitegra administrators open them only to help you or to keep the service safe, and every such view is logged. Turn off “Show my packages and iFlows in the Kitegra dashboard” in the extension's options to stop sending the list; the copy we keep is then deleted.

8. AI Script

AI Script writes code for a script step on request. It is off until you switch it on and accept its notice; on a team, the team's owner can also block it for you. Only when you press Generate, the extension sends your request, the open script and an outline of the iFlow (its steps, adapter types and the names of headers and properties) to us, and we pass them to our AI provider, Anthropic, to write the code. Before anything leaves your browser, values, addresses, e-mail addresses and anything that looks like a password, token or key are removed, and you see the exact text first; a secret typed by hand into a script may not be recognised. We do not store your request, the script or the answer; we keep the number of requests for your plan's monthly limit and the size of each request for our costs.

9. Script Library

Scripts you save to the Script Library are stored on the Kitegra server with your account. They are shown only to you and to the people in your team you share them with: the whole team, a role or chosen members. We use them for nothing else, and they go to AI Script only when you run AI Script on them. Scripts the extension reads from your tenant are never uploaded on their own; only a script you save yourself is stored. Remove passwords, keys and other secrets before you save a script: they would be shared with everyone you share it with. If you leave a team, your scripts become private again. The script templates on this website are public and need no account.
