Pricing questions
Is there a free plan?+
Yes, and it stays free: autocomplete and lint on 50 iFlows per module, the Workspace, the offline Toolbox, local notes and the basic Message Monitor. Without an account each module works on 5 iFlows.
How does the 14-day trial work?+
The first time you use a tool your plan doesn't include, its 14-day trial starts, with no card needed. When the trial ends, some tools keep a limited use on your plan (see the note under the comparison table) and the others need a plan that includes them. Nothing you made is deleted. AI Script and the Script Library come with the paid plans and have no trial.
What does “for life” mean?+
An iFlow counts once, the first time you use a module on it, and keeps working afterwards. The count is never reset each month.
Can I cancel or get a refund?+
Yes. Cancel at any time from Manage subscription in the account menu; your plan stays until the end of the period you paid for. Within 14 days of a payment you can ask for a refund, no questions asked.
How do team plans work?+
A team plan is one price for a fixed number of seats, whether or not every seat is used, and the person who buys it holds one of them. Invite members by e-mail; each one gets all of Pro on their own account. Someone with a paid plan of their own joins once that plan ends.
Why is yearly cheaper?+
A year costs the same as ten months: two months free, about 17% less.
Is the price the same in every country?+
Yes. One price in US dollars everywhere; taxes are added at checkout where they apply.
Is the Toolbox free?+
Its offline tools — payload compare, converter, snippets and the cheat sheet — are free on every plan, with or without an account. The full HTTP Runner is part of Pro; Free and Starter keep a smaller Runner.
